Visual concept for Barcelona-based fashion designer Boris Bidjan Saberi's NYC Flagship-Store.
A War Zone for the avant-garde fashion brand BBS.
BBS joined forces with BUERGY to develop an artistic visual concept of a window and In-Store installation - the goal was to create a visual concept which would enhance BBS' brand experience and position it's culture closer to the artistic scene. In a concerted effort to break out of the typical traditional approach to retail environments, we proposed a bold and high-impact spatial experiences that communicates the innovation of the product and which implements a forward-thinking approach to visual merchandising. The idea: Using sandbags to create multiple sculptures. The project was unfortunately stopped due to economic difficulties.
An emblematical luxury menswear label
Saberi’s unique take on contemporary handcrafted ready-to-wear and visual style has many similarities to BUERGY's work. A hybrid mix of different styles, techniques and elements is at the heart of both our work. Boris develops his creations in his atelier in Barcelona and created since 2007 a street fashion-label which is famous for its meticulous sophistication and functional dimension, whilst still giving a nod to his urban references.
