One of the world's largest furniture retailer tapped BUERGY to work on their UX.
About a year ago, the swedish furniture brand IKEA joined forces with me to work on their digital communication. In a first step, the goal was to create a platform for content with the goal to deliver less static content to the audience. We established this with the installation of cooala - the first social CMS which I am running with some partners. cooala is now a integrated part of IKEAS website pushing content out every day.
With this successful background, it only seemed natural to commission BUERGY again to review the UX of some sections of the current website. A webiste like IKEA is very difficult to maintain and extremely complex. Good to know that giant customers value UX and that they are aware that a sleek user experience is the most important yet constantly underestimated status quo in digital media.
Cooala brings true engagement to the content! We created a platform for consumers to connect effectively with their brands and vice versa - without noise, spam and unwanted advertising. We believe that Facebook Brandpages have come to an end - and now we create a new way for social marketing.
Subscribe to your brands and get the latest. Brands love talking to you - specially when they know that you listen. With Facebook's ege rank companies need to spend huge amounts of money to actually reach at least a part of their audience. Still, the engagement and interaction they can do over Facebook is extremely limited and has basically nothing to do with the idea of social dialogue marketing. Brands and customers want to get in touch - but without hazzle and without loss of attention.
We help brands to get back the control in social media. The cooala social hub makes brand websites engaging, beautiful and social. Brands can build their own audience and and nurture ambassadors instead of losing them to other Social Media Networks.
The swiss creative studio working at the crossover between digital design, visual art and communication.
BUERGY’s work encompasses high-end digital design and interactive experiences, graphics and identity, exhibitions, installations and communication. It is the studio where the owner of the business is also the creator of the work and serves as the primary contact for every client. They all value the direct access to quality work and efficiency.
The company is based on a passion for ideas and works as a multi-disciplinary creative studio - focussing on digital design, visual art and communication.
